I acted as photographer on the sidelines as Daddy helped Abigail enjoy her first time on ice skates.

Happy New Year

Our next drive was from Hager City to my mom's in Chicagoland, via Rockford. We were able to have dinner with our wonderful friends Sue and Aaron there.

Hager City, WI

Upon leaving Shawano, we drove west, across the state of Wisconsin, to Hager City (very close to the twin cities) to see his maternal grandparents and other extended family. Here is Justin, using his grandfather's snow-blower:

It was so special to see so many family members in one trip and have Abigail get to know all of them better.

Shawano, WI

We drove north from Chicago to Shawano, WI (near Greenbay) to visit with Justin's extended family (his dad's side). Here are Grandpa Hohn and his sister "Great Aunt Ellen."
