Surfing!

A couple of weeks ago, our neighbors borrowed an extra surfboard and took Justin out on the waves off the shore of a popular "surfing beach." Evidently, this is a really good workout which challenged Justin in ways different from running, weight lifting and his other normal athletic endeavors. I am proud to report that he did catch a few waves and was able to "get up" several times on his knees - a valiant showing for his first time out. Sadly, I was not quick enough to capture these with the camera, but Abigail and I sure were cheering!

Mommy said she was too scared to try the whole surfing thing, so we just watched Daddy.
